Video Production & Videographer for Ambitious Businesses in Toronto

Boostan Group is an in-house video production team and videographer for cosmetic, dental and dermatology businesses in Toronto and across the GTA. We shoot brand films, treatment videos, Instagram reels, customer testimonials and business tours on cinema cameras, and deliver in English and Persian. Filming is planned around customer privacy and PHIPA: non-consenting customers stay out of frame, written release forms are provided for anyone who volunteers, compact lighting keeps treatment rooms workable, and clients own the finished footage outright with raw files available on request.

How do you handle customer privacy and PHIPA when filming in a business?

Customer privacy governs how we shoot, not something we work around afterwards. Our crew shoots so that non-consenting customers stay out of frame entirely, we work with your existing privacy policy rather than asking you to adapt to ours, and we provide written release forms for any customer who does volunteer to appear. In practice most business footage needs no identifiable customer at all — treatment detail, the practitioner’s hands and the device carry the story.

Will filming disrupt our treatment schedule?

It should not, and that is a planning question rather than a filming one. We agree the shot list before the day, use compact lighting setups where rooms are tight, and work around your bookings — often filming in gaps, quieter days, or outside business hours. Customer care comes first; a shoot that interferes with it is a badly planned shoot.

Who owns the footage, and do we get the raw files?

You own the finished work outright and can use it anywhere — website, ads, social, in-business screens — with no recurring licence. Raw unedited files are available on request. Some production companies withhold raw footage to lock clients in; we would rather you stayed because the work is good.

Are you insured to work on a business site?

Yes. We carry commercial liability insurance and can provide a certificate for your records before the shoot, which some businesses and building managers require. Ask at booking and we will send it across with the schedule.

How much does business video production cost in Toronto?

It depends on how many pieces you need and how often. Most businesses do best with a monthly production day that batches eight to twelve pieces of content, which brings the cost per asset down substantially compared with booking individual shoots. A single brand film costs considerably more per piece than the same film produced alongside a month of short-form content. We give a firm number after seeing your space and treatment list.

Do you film at our business or in a studio?

At your business, almost always. The space is part of your brand, and customers want to see the room they will actually be treated in. We bring full lighting and audio, so no studio hire is needed. Product photography is the exception where a studio sometimes makes more sense.

Do customers need to appear on camera?

No. Many of the most effective business films focus on the practitioner’s hands, the device, skin texture and treatment detail. That protects customer privacy and is generally easier to keep within advertising rules, which restrict before-and-after imagery on Meta.

What is the difference between hiring you and a freelance videographer?

A freelancer operates a camera and usually delivers footage. We deliver finished content: planning before the shoot, a crew so lighting and sound are handled properly, editing, colour, captions, and delivery in every aspect ratio you need. For a single video a freelancer is often the better value. For consistent monthly output across your website, ads and Instagram, a team costs less per usable asset.

How long until we receive the finished videos?

Typically one to two weeks after the shoot for a standard batch. Rush turnaround is possible when a campaign date requires it. We deliver in every ratio you need — vertical for reels and stories, horizontal for your website and YouTube.
